Cancellation Policy
A missed appointment prevents us from scheduling another patient who could benefit from care. We make every effort to schedule appointments thoughtfully so we can provide each patient with the high-quality, personalized care they deserve. We respect your time and sincerely ask that you respect ours.
Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $47 fee.
The first missed appointment will incur the applicable fee.
A second missed appointment within a six-month period will incur the applicable fee. A $92 deposit will also be required before another appointment can be scheduled.
A third missed appointment will incur the applicable fee, and a $92 deposit will be required before rescheduling. A $92 deposit will also be required for all appointments scheduled within one year of the most recent missed appointment.
If you miss another appointment during the six-month period, your deposit will be forfeited and our relationship with you may be terminated.
Technician visits canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $20 fee.
Late Arrivals
Arriving 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment will result in a $25 late fee.
Arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time will result in a $25 late fee, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
